Refund policy

Right of withdrawal and Return conditions:

You have a 30-day right of cancellation after receiving your package. Please note the following conditions before returning goods:
We do not take goods back if:
Item not in new condition
The return period of 30 days has been exceeded.
Item not properly packed
The goods have been exposed to odors such as smoke or the like.
Hangtags or tags have been removed/damaged.
The goods are not the original ones that we sent.
Please include a returned part with your order number in the return shipment.

Do you want to send back?
Do you just send us an email at kontakt@hagahunting.dk, where you write your order number and that you want to send it back to us.

When we receive your email, we write the address to which it should be returned to you

Once we have received your return, we review it for our above return conditions and refund the amount. *The money is usually refunded within 2 banking days, but it can take up to 10 banking days.*

Invalidity of discount code after return:
When you return an order where a discount code has previously been applied, it may affect the validity of the discount code if the original conditions for the discount are no longer met after the return.
Ex. If you have used a discount code that was only valid for the purchase of exactly two products at a total discount price. If you return a pair from the original order, the remaining product will be priced individually, which may result in a higher price as the discount was based on the quantity of two pairs.
